GOLD COAST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC
Wealth Management for Physicians & Healthcare Professionals

Financial Advisor forPhysicians & HealthcareProfessionals

Between patient care and life outside work, your investments may
not get the attention they need. Retirement accounts from different
employers and personal investments can accumulate without a
clear strategy connecting them.

Gold Coast Capital Management helps your investments work
together—and manages your portfolio as your needs evolve.
Whether you’re building wealth, changing hospitals or practices, or
preparing to work less, we align your investment strategy with your
family’s priorities, retirement goals and the life you want to build.

01The Investment Picture

Are Your Investments
Working Together for
Your Future?

Your hospital retirement plan, IRA and brokerage account may each look reasonable on their own. Together, they could hold overlapping investments, expose you to more risk than intended or leave too little accessible for near-term needs.

If you own part of a practice, that ownership also matters when evaluating the risk and liquidity of your personal portfolio.

Gold Coast looks across your accounts to identify gaps and overlaps, assess your overall investment mix and align your portfolio with the goals it needs to fund—from family priorities to the option to reduce hours or retire.

02Career & Wealth

Your Investment Priorities
Change as Your Medical
Career Evolves

Each career transition brings different investment decisions. Gold Coast helps you
prepare for the opportunities, responsibilities and income changes that come next.

01

Turning Income Into
Long-Term Wealth

As your earnings grow, the question becomes how to put new savings to work. We help you invest for long-term goals while keeping money available for nearer-term priorities, whether you’re building your first substantial portfolio or adding to existing wealth.

02

Career & Employer
Transitions

A move between hospitals, medical groups or practices can change your income, benefits and investment options. We help review existing retirement accounts, evaluate the investments available in your new plan and adjust your portfolio for changing cash needs and goals.

03

Practice Ownership &
Partnership Interests

Practice ownership can tie both your income and a significant share of your wealth to one business. We consider that concentration when evaluating your personal portfolio, helping you build diversification and maintain access to money outside the practice.

04

Preparing to Work Less or Retire

Reducing hours or retiring can mean relying more on your investments to support your lifestyle. We help align portfolio risk, accessible reserves and planned withdrawals with the income you’ll need, while keeping your longer-term retirement goals in view.

How does the complimentary portfolio review work?

We begin with a conversation about your current investments, what you want your portfolio to accomplish and any questions or concerns you have. Gold Coast then evaluates your investments as one complete portfolio—including allocation, risk, diversification, costs, concentrated positions, coordination across accounts and relevant tax considerations.

We then walk you through what appears well positioned, what may deserve attention and where changes could better align your portfolio with your goals. There is no obligation to become a client or transfer assets simply because you request a review.

Can Gold Coast review my portfolio if I already have a financial advisor?

Yes. An independent portfolio review can provide a fresh perspective without requiring you to leave your current advisor or make any immediate changes.

We evaluate your existing portfolio objectively and explain what appears to be working well, where we see potential concerns and whether there may be opportunities to improve the overall strategy. If your current portfolio is well positioned, the review may simply give you greater confidence in what you already have. If we identify areas worth reconsidering, we will explain why.

Where are my investment assets held if I become a client?

Your investment assets are held in accounts in your name at Charles Schwab, an independent custodian. Gold Coast manages your portfolio according to the authority established in your advisory agreement, while Schwab provides custody, account statements and independent online access to your holdings, balances and transactions.

This structure allows you to work with Gold Coast for investment management while maintaining direct visibility into your accounts through Schwab.

Who will I work with at Gold Coast?

You will work directly with Dragan Mark Filipovic, CFA®, Founder and Chief Investment Officer. From your initial portfolio review through an ongoing advisory relationship, Dragan remains directly involved in understanding your goals, developing your investment strategy and overseeing your portfolio.

The firm is intentionally structured around direct advisor access, so the person you meet at the beginning remains closely involved in your relationship over time.

What does it cost to work with Gold Coast?

The initial portfolio review is complimentary. If you decide to engage Gold Coast for ongoing investment management, the firm’s standard annual advisory fee is 0.50% of assets under management.

Gold Coast does not earn commissions from investment recommendations or rely on proprietary investment products. Underlying fund expenses and any applicable third-party charges are separate from Gold Coast’s advisory fee.

Complete details regarding fees and services are provided in the firm’s advisory agreement and regulatory disclosures.
