GOLD COAST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC
Wealth Management for Corporate Professionals & Executives

Financial Advisor forCorporate Professionals& Executives

Your career can build substantial wealth—but company stock and equity
compensation may tie your investments to the same employer that provides
your income. Retirement accounts from previous roles can add another layer
of complexity.

Gold Coast Capital Management builds and manages your portfolio around
your goals, cash needs and risk tolerance. We bring your investments
into one coordinated, tax-aware strategy to help you build wealth, prepare for
retirement and create more flexibility in your career and life.

01The Investment Picture

When Career Success
Creates a More Complex
Investment Picture

More accounts do not always mean greater diversification.

Accounts opened at different stages of your career may each make sense on their own. Together, however, they can hold similar investments, concentrate risk in the same companies or sectors, or leave you with a portfolio that no longer fits your goals.

Company stock and equity awards can add to that concentration. Decisions about diversification also need to account for taxes, access to your money and when you expect to use it.

Gold Coast Capital Management evaluates your investments as one portfolio, helping you understand where risks overlap and how your accounts can work together to support your goals.

02Career & Wealth

Your Investment Priorities Change
as Your Career Evolves

A promotion, a stock award, a new role or retirement can change what you need from your
investments. Gold Coast helps you adjust your portfolio as your career and financial priorities change.

01

Building Wealth During
Peak Earning Years

As your income grows, the opportunity is to turn more of what you earn into lasting wealth. We help you invest new savings alongside your existing portfolio, balancing long-term growth with money needed for nearer-term priorities.

02

Company Stock &
Equity Compensation

Company stock, restricted stock units (RSUs) and stock options can concentrate your wealth in one employer. We help you evaluate diversification choices and how proceeds from stock sales could fit your broader portfolio, considering taxes, liquidity and your goals.

03

Career & Employer
Transitions

A new role or departure can change your income, benefits and investment needs. We review retirement accounts, company-stock exposure and cash reserves to help you identify which investment decisions need attention before and after the move.

04

Preparing for Retirement

Retirement changes what your portfolio needs to provide. We help you plan for withdrawals, maintain appropriate cash reserves and balance growth with risk as you move from earning a paycheck to relying more on your investments.

How does the complimentary portfolio review work?

We begin with a conversation about your current investments, what you want your portfolio to accomplish and any questions or concerns you have. Gold Coast then evaluates your investments as one complete portfolio—including asset allocation, investment risk, diversification, employer-stock concentration, costs, coordination across accounts and relevant tax considerations.

We then walk you through what appears well positioned, what may deserve attention and where changes could better align your portfolio with your goals. There is no obligation to become a client or transfer assets simply because you request a review.

Can Gold Coast review my portfolio if I already have a financial advisor?

Yes. An independent portfolio review can provide a fresh perspective without requiring you to leave your current advisor or make any immediate changes.

Gold Coast evaluates your existing portfolio objectively and explains what appears to be working well, where there may be issues worth considering and whether there are opportunities to improve the overall strategy. If your portfolio is already well positioned, the review may simply provide greater confidence in what you already have.

How does Gold Coast evaluate company stock and equity compensation?

Your income and a significant share of your wealth may depend on the same employer. Gold Coast evaluates your company stock and vested equity awards alongside your other investments, considering concentration risk, diversification, liquidity needs and potential tax consequences.

We help you assess opportunities to diversify and determine how proceeds from company-stock sales could fit into your broader investment strategy—whether you are building wealth, preparing for a career change or approaching retirement.

Gold Coast Capital Management does not provide individualized tax, legal or compensation-plan administration advice.

Where are my investment assets held if I become a client?

Your investment assets are held in accounts in your name at Charles Schwab, which serves as the independent custodian. Gold Coast provides investment management under the authority established in your advisory agreement, while Schwab provides custody, account statements and independent online access to your holdings, balances and transactions.

This structure allows you to work with Gold Coast for investment management while maintaining direct visibility into your accounts through Schwab.

What does it cost to work with Gold Coast?

The initial portfolio review is complimentary. If you decide to engage Gold Coast for ongoing investment management, the firm’s standard annual advisory fee is 0.50% of assets under management.

Gold Coast does not earn commissions from investment recommendations or rely on proprietary investment products. Underlying fund expenses and any applicable third-party charges are separate from Gold Coast’s advisory fee.

Complete details regarding fees and services are provided in the firm’s advisory agreement and regulatory disclosures.
